IMPORTANT: I cannot stress enough that the following is absolutely true.
A conversation took place between my four year old son and my six year old daughter. I didn't hear exactly what led up to this little exchange, so I'll just write what I DID hear and you'll have to draw your own conclusions as I did.
Ahem.
Jax: But I can't, because I'll get in trouble.
Midget: I just really need you to break my arms so I won't have to do chores!
Aaaand that's all I overheard. Fill in the blanks as you will. I don't know how on earth something like this occurs to these people, but there you have it. I am pleased to report that he did not, in fact, break her arms, even though apparently our chore situation is so strenuous that it would have been preferrable to have TWO BROKEN ARMS than to clean her room.
